Course One: Beetroot salad with apples, heirloom carrots and almond pesto
Course Two: Pan fried cod fish cake, with potato, pickled cucumber, blackberry, remoulade
Course Three: Juniper crusted venison with braised red cabbage, celeriac purée, dill mustard cream sauce
Course Four: Dessert created by Ché Clari
First three courses paired with wines by our Sommelier, Jon Wine.
